Cookery book
Research and fieldwork are done by students on cultural and artistic contribution of local minorities to the culture of the community, focusing on local specialities and traditions (costumes, food, folk art, etc.). Students make videos or ppts based on their research.
An international buffet is organized where each partner offers local dishes and/or drinks.
An international cookery book is compiled with traditional recipes of all the partner communities. See Gallery for pictures.
